Hi, I am Kathleen “Kat” Markowski. I am originally from Long Island, and have been living in the Ithaca community for over 35 years.
My career in property management began when I operated my own corporation for over 10 years, supervising up to 300 local housing units. My hands-on management style provided me with extensive knowledge in marketing, leasing and business negotiations with various agencies, independent contractors and local officials. Provding you with exceptional customer service is one of the most important things I do.
My diverse experience and education brings expertise in all commercial, investment, residential, project development, and land transactions. I am knowledgeable in sustainable living practices, and participate in groups and activities that support community working as a whole.
I have a special love for horse farms, animal rescues, and I believe that Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes is a wonderful place to live.
I believe that as a community it is important to reach out to one another, to do what we can in order to create an environment that provides us with support and peace in all areas of life.
